“When I come upon a setting that moves me, invites and excites me, a need occurs. The anticipation of mixing butter-like oil colors to apply. Color, Pattern, Form and Composition all challenge me.
More importantly than what I Paint, is how I convey what I see. For me, painting is almost sculptural. I am always hoping to evoke a mood or emotion for onlookers, much like what I initially saw and felt.”
